Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about rental information in Baker Street in London, where I intend to film a documentary and stay for approximately six months. I will arrive there within two weeks, wondering if there is a proper bachelor apartment nearby available for the next six months.

Could you kindly provide further details regarding the rent fee, safeguard, decent home insurance and instructions of the selective apartments？A flat consisting of a large room serving as a bedroom and living room, with a separate bathroom would be the favoured option. Additionally, as the weather in London is getting unstable, it’s preferable if it offers a complete set of furniture including an air conditioner and washing machine.

I would appreciate it if you could contact the landlord after finding the suitable property. We can sign the contract with specific items at your earliest convenience. Looking forward to your prompt reply.
