Dear Sir/Madam,

Hope you are doing well; I am writing to inform you that I placed an order for a book which I have not received yet and it has been 2 weeks.

My order number is AYZ98Kw and the name of the book is “Ielts General Test Practice Book” by Imran Hassan. The book contains a CD as well and the total cost of the book is $50.9 CAD. The order was supposed to be delivered within seven days but it has been 2 weeks and nothing has been delivered.

The Book was essential for practicing for the exam as it had different modules included in it, which was not provided by any other author. The book explains the key aspects of the exam and without the book I would be unable to achieve the desired grade I need for my future goal

If the company is not able to deliver the book within 3 days, I would like a full refund.
