Dear sir/ madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the recent purchase that I made from your website . I placed an order for dell 14 on march of 12th; instead of receiving the model number XYZ324 , I recieved incorrect model from same website , which is dell 12 pro . I have been looking for dell 14 due to its functionality and all provided features so I attracted with the model .

As mentioned above about how crucial it is for my work , I would appreciate it if you could send me the correct version or refund as soon as you receive my complaint. I also have attached all the required details of payment method and photos .

Please let me know if you need any other importation for either return procedure or refund of payment . I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue that I am currently facing with the inconvenience caused to me .
