Dear sir or madam,

I hope you are well and I am writing this letter to complain about the I received the 2 wrong items which I do not ordered from the Internet.

My name is prabhdeep Kaur and my order number is 5470dpd. Actually I was ordered 2 things via online that was first item was dior mackup kit and second was zara hand bag.if I opened my parcel the I see it’s totally difficult things from my original order then I rechecked my orded then I realised your staff send me the another items which I did

never ordered.

I have been your regular customer on this website. I was mostly used this website for my shopping but this kind of mistake happened first time with me. I see your staff send the dior hand bag and sephora makeup kit. I am very disappointed with this service.

I have a solution of this problem initially you can resend to me, original ordered items and I will give to back you sended parcel. Otherwise I can give you my refund because I spent my money on my best items which I didn’t even received. Hoping for a prompt response from you regarding this matter!
