Dear sir ,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I recently received items from your store that are different.

My name is sonali and I m loving in Talwara , district Hoshiarpur. I ordered a Android phone Poco X6 256 GB with order number Eb3938737272 and Redtape women shoe with size 37 , order number bk28283993949 from your Jalandhar store Model hub. When I received and unpacked my parcel. I felt extremely Devastated because you gave me Android phone POCO X5 instead of POCO X6 and Redtape shoe size 35 rather than 37 . Therefore, Both items are useless for me. That time I really felt annoyed .

I kindly request you that please Exchange my item’s and should provide correct items. if exchange is not available then refund amount that is Rs . 20,000 in my Bank account number 32056996825 as soon as possible.I hope you will take action quickly.
