It has been four months since I vacated the apartment, leaving it in good condition as per our agreement. According to the terms outlined in our contract, the deposit was to be returned within two weeks of my departure if there were no damages to the property. However, I have not received the refund in my bank account yet. Therefore, I kindly request you to expedite the process of returning my deposit as it is long overdue.

If I do not receive a response or the refund promptly, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice to resolve this matter through the proper channels as outlined in the tenancy agreement we both signed.
