Dear Landlord,

I was a resident at your house in Laxmi apartment, Surat rom last 2 years. I am writing this you ask about the deposit that i paid while renting apartment.

As we discussed while leasing, if i leave apartment without any damage, i will be receiving the full deposit. I was good tenant at their. I paid rent on time without creating unnecessary problems for you. I cleared all the due bills before leaving.

I am requesting you to return my deposit. It’s been 4 months since i moved to other apartment and i have not received deposit yet. If you are not agree to give deposit back, i will take legal action against you for not returning deposit. It can waste your time and mine as well.

I hope you will understand and let me know the date when you are expecting to return deposit.
