Dear Mr. Sharma,

I am waiting this letter about refundable security amount, which I deposited to you when I rented your apartment.

When I rented your apartment, that time you said I need to pay one month rent as a sequrity refundable deposit. When I leave your apartment then you will check apartment condition, if apartment is in same condition as I rented, then you will refund my sequrity amount. 15 days ago I leave your apartment. On the same day you checked all the things and conditions, and all are same in condition as I rented.

Kindly return my money that is one month rent 10,000 INR

I contact to you many time regarding this however, you not respond on this matter. If you did same this time, then I will take legal action against you.

I hope you will consider my request and return my money as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
