Dear Shamim,

I’m writing to apologize for the incident that got injured your lovely pet, I never thought something likt this would happen, I’m sorry.

Honestly, I was looking after it properly and did not let it to escape my eyes for a second then unfortunately I got to go washroom, when I cameback I have seen the cat laying down on the floor and I noticed some wounds on it’s body and bleeding and I saw a dog was going out from the house after biting our beloved cat.

Not wasting a second, I instantly took the pet to a vet then I explained him everything completely and he gave it’s a injection and a prescription of medicines to feed the cat timely. In addition, the doctor also gave a powder to use on wounded part of it’s body.

I know the mistake i’ve commited isn’t forgiveable that’s why I would like to offer you a totally new persian cat and I think you wouldn’t deny.Also I can keep this cat if you say or you can keep this too it’s up to you fully.
