Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding to express my views where I attended a concert arranged by your end but, the outcome was not as good as I desired.

When I reached the symphonie,First of all there was no parking area provided near to the premises for four wheelers. Due to this reason, it took more time for parking my vehicle and it caused hindrances to reach the concert on time and the venue was not spacious.

As a result, it lead to overcrowding and many people were being struck by objects,falls and slips. There was inadequate seating arrangement, excessive noise, and uncomfartable temperature. Due to this, I was feeling suffocated and suffered with dehydration with humid temperature and met with an injury .

Since, the arrangements were not properly managed and I faced many challanges during the live concert also, I think I invested a huge amount of money on concert ticket So, I Kindly request you from the next time to check on with all the facilities and your staff members to meet a fruitful experience.
