Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Om Prakash, in my recent visit to your hotel to attend a conference meeting organized by my company with the client, I think I missed some of the project documents in the conference room. I am kindly requesting you to please hand it over to me safely.

To explain briefly, I came to the hotel on 09/08/2023 and the meeting took place the same evening at 6:00 PM EST. The meeting continued for a longer period than we anticipated, and due to insufficient time, as we were already late for the client dinner, I forgot some of the important project files in the conference room. Above all, the files are significantly important to me as they describe the architectural diagrams of my subsequent projects with the client.

Therefore, I am requesting you courier my papers to my official address or please keep them safe with you; I will collect them on Monday early morning.
