Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter concerning my paramount document, which I left at the hotel.

To begin with, I would like to point out that I attended a meeting about environmental conservation, in your hotel on 15th October 2023. Because of that, I had to bring some indispensable documents with me for the meeting. I would like to point out that the summit took 3 days, due to that I stayed at the hotel.

However, I had to return home after the assembly, since I live further than your city. When I returned home, I could not find some vital documents, and due to that, I was anxious. I would be grateful if you look at the hotel’s summit room for my document. I strongly believe that you can find it and send me as soon as possible.

I would appreciate it if you could respond as soon as possible.
