Dear Sir.

I am writing to you regarding very crucial documents, which I forgot at your hotel today i.e. March 26, 2024. My name is Paramvir Singh, and I was at your hotel this morning to attend an annual meeting of Tata Steels Ltd.

According to me, last time I used these documents in the conference room during the proceedings of our meeting, which is located on the ground floor. I was seated on the left corner of the table, facing the screen and a painting of mountains behind me on the wall.

These documents are very imperative for me and for the organization I work for, as they contain confidential details of our company. If I lose these papers, not only I will lose my job, but will also be charged for the act of treason by the company.

I would greatly appreciate, if you look into this matter personally and secure the documents as soon as possible. It is my request, kindly do not handover these documents to any other person except me. I will personally collect these papers from your office in 2 days.

I would really appreciate your prompt action into this matter.
