Dear manager,
Hope this letter finds you well. Last weekend, our company had a conference at your hotel. Having returned home, I found out that a couple of significant documents were missing, and immediately remembered that I must have left them in the table drawer in the room where I stayed.
You see, the folder had an important contract signed personally by our new partners, who have already gone to Europe, and it would take up a lot of time to have them to sign it again and send to us. Right now, we urgently need these papers to be able to proceed with our plans.
I would greatly appreciate, if you could send these documents back to us. No major assistance is needed from you, except to pass the folder to the carrier from delivery company at the convenient for you time.
I am deeply sorry for causing you such inconveniences. I hope that you will understand the situation and be kind to aid us. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Violetta Klintsova.
