Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing this letter regarding the inquiry about some important documents which I left at your hotel. Recently I visited your hotel for my office meeting which was held in the main auditorium of the hotel. During this meeting, I had some documents which was necessary for the meeting but when I reached home, I couldn’t locate those papers which I bought for the meeting. I am pretty sure that I had those documents with me till evening since I was discussing with my colleague regarding the documents in the front lobby.
These documents are important to me, since I have to do the tax filing for this financial year before the end of this week and without those papers, I cannot proceed further. I am expecting a favour from you to locate these papers, which would most probably in the front lobby of your main auditorium. Once you get those documents, can you please check whether there are four sheets of invoice copy and send a message to the number which is present in the mailing section of that invoice sheet at the earliest. Meantime can you send those documents through postal mail, so that I could get the documents in hand. The chargers associated with the postal mail will be covered by me, once I receive the parcel.
I hope that you understand the importance and urgency of this matter and help me in finding the papers and sending those to the mailing address. Thanks for understanding the situation.
Yours Sincerely,
Tony Stark.
