Dear manager,

I am Mahmoud, The one who attended the meeting recently at the hotel. While leaving the hotel, I left some important papers behind. I am sure that I have left them in the office next to the restaurant, where we had the meeting. Because I have been nowhere else. I am in need to those papers Because they are for my students’ exams. I need them urgently. I seek your help. I spent 2 weeks continuously preparing for those ones. And if I lost them, I would be frustrated to start over. I know that I am gonna bother you by asking you to send them back to me through any post office. Please make sure this is confidential. So no one else has to know about it.

I appreciate your cooperation.
