Dear Sir/ Madam,
I’m writing this letter to relay my concern regarding some documents I left at your Hotel some days ago. My name is Jovial Emmanuel. I attended my firm’s executive meeting which was held at the VIP conference hall of Precious Palm Royal Hotel, Benin city.
The hall was spacious, serene and also conducive for our meeting. I commend your effort on work you put in as the hotel manager. When I got home after the event I realized I had left some important papers behind. I’m not sure of the exact place it was misplaced but I think it should either be on the table or underneath it. It could be on the chair cause the last thing I remember about the document was when I took out of my file. I’m quite sure I didn’t put it back in cause I have checked my house and car and also called my fellow attendees but it’s no where to be found.
These credentials are of great importance. They contain Minutes of all our meetings since the beginning of the year and also the attendance of all our meetings. We usually use these informations at the end of our annual general meeting.
It’s with humility I request you help carry out a through check in the conference hall that was utilized for the meeting.
