Dear sir,

I hope you are allright . I am writing to you to inform you that I had forgot some important papers at the hotel where the meeting was done I am sure that I had left them there cause I had gone without the bag they were in and I noticed that while being in my car , I didn’t go to anywhere else.

I remember that I was sitting in the front on the middle table with my friends .

These papers are so significant to me as they include my cv and my graduation certificate. I really need them as soon as possible to apply to the jop I was searching for .

I am afraid that someone took them with him by mistake so if you could make me a favor and search for them I will be great thankful. When you find them please send me a message then I will come to get the papers .
