I am writing this letter regarding some important documents. Recently, I visited your hotel for an office meeting and I accidentally left my documents in the conference room.

I placed the papers on the table where I was sitting. The documents are in a pink folder and are very important to me. I really need them as soon as possible because I need them to apply for a visa to America.

If you find my documents, I will visit your hotel again to collect them. I hope you can understand my situation and help me. I would be very grateful for your assistance.
