Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to point out some serious issues I had on one of your training courses I recently completed and potentially offer some ideas for improvements in future.
I completed the 5-days in-house training on health information management last week Friday. I was greatly impacted by the course, as I gained a lot of new knowledge, and the practical aspect of it was so understandable, that my colleagues noticed quite earlier than I thought that I had do something recently which has improved my work significantly.
Although, there are two major issues I will like to note in the programme. One is the accommodation provided, it wasn’t suitable at all. Secondly, it’s the theoretical teaching which I believe enough justification was not given to.
In my opinion, I will suggest the training establishment look into more conducive accommodation facilities close to the centre, which will also offer more comfort to the trainees and secondly, on the theory teaching aspect, I think more time and lessons should be added to give trainees more knowledge into the course before going on to the practical sessions, especially for trainees with no prior experience in the course.
It was a great experience learning with you and I hope to do more in the nearest future.
Yours sincerely,
Adetola
