Dear Organizer,

My name is Mehakleen Kaur, a resident of Vancouver. Last week, I registered for the sustainable workshop. I am writing this letter as a token of thanks for organizing such a beautiful event. It was truly very informative. I got to know about living a sustainable life by starting from my own house. Mentors taught me how to use the food waste and create my own manure by using the composting process. Additionally, plastic pots were also part of the module. After that workshop, I cropped all of my plastic containers and created my own small kitchen garden. My family and friends appreciate me a lot. Moreover, I have started using my own bags while going out for shopping rather than using plastic bags from the store. It is very important to go environment friendly.

On the other side, I missed 4 modules as it started raining and the Mentors had announced cancellation of those modules. I was heartbroken. I paid the full amount of the workshop. I request the management should always consider an alternative plan for such circumstances. The workshop was held on an open ground. For the upcoming events, kindly arrange indoors for smooth operations.

I enjoyed the workshop a lot, and all the module information was very useful. I have recommended my relatives and friends to register for the events. Also, Kindly consider the alternative for the incomplete workshop our batch did in the last session. Either provide us partial refund or admit us for an upcoming event.
