Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the workshop on holiday that I attended at your training centre last Saturday. I had high expectations because of the centre’s reputation, but unfortunately, the workshop fell far short of them.
Firstly, the presentation was poorly organised and lacked a clear structure. The instructor spent a considerable amount of time discussing basic concepts, leaving insufficient time for the more advanced topics advertised in the course description. Moreover, the practical sessions were particularly unsatisfactory. There were not enough computers and other materials for all participants, so several of us had to wait while others completed the activities. The instructor also appeared unprepared and was unable to answer several relevant questions adequately.
As a result, I gained very little from the workshop despite investing both time and money in it. I had expected to develop practical skills that I could apply immediately, but the limited hands-on practice meant that I left feeling no more confident than when I arrived.
I therefore request that the centre review the quality of this workshop and consider offering participants a partial refund or a free replacement session. I also hope that future workshops will be better planned and delivered by suitably qualified instructors.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
[smith rua]
