Dear workshop organizer,
I trust you are well.
I am writing in regards to the coffee workshop I just attended. Although the venue location was strategic and accessible and the front staff provided exceptional service with care, I am mostly disappointed about the topics of the workshop.
It says on the agenda that the guest speaker was going to discuss how coffee is made. However, the guest speaker did not discuss or allude this topic. He went off the course and discussed his favorite coffee instead. I find this quite disappointing as I was under the impression of passing this important lesson to my own staff at the coffee shop I own.
Another matter is about how the workshop was being delivered. I found that the speaker was not loud enough. I can barely hear the voice of the facilitator as I was sitting at the back of the hall. It would have been helpful if there were speakers at the back.
I suggest that a formal training will be required for future speakers on the importance of staying on the topic.
Thank you for your time and attention to this complaint.
Yours sincerely,
David
