Dear community center manager,

As recently i attended workshop which was organized by a local community center, whereas for me the it was not satisfactory, I am sorry if there is any inconvenience or misunderstanding from my side. I just want to inform you the size of hall where the workshop was organized was pretty small.

The disappointment for me is that local community did not have enough people so they can manage individuals. moreover, the information about upcoming events was not clear and the sound system was not working properly,

I want to suggest for future to book a big hall for workshop if they are inviting more poeple. they can organize workshop on countryside which will help people to find parking easy.
