Dear sir or Madam,
I’m writing this letter to apologize for missing my booking programmed yesterday the 1 st january in your hotel in room number 25, for 15 days of vacation.
To begin with, the issue was because of the flight company in which i booked a trip with him .it delayed my flight for 24 hours and caused significant financial repercussions for all passengers.
I suggest a reschedule for the vacation to the next week the 8th, i prefer to maintain the same room and services which are very attractive, especially the seeming pool and the sauna. Most of the reviews recommanded those options. If necessary i can pay extra funds because of this problem. If possible i would accept a refund
