Dear Emirates,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the poor service in Flight EK605.

I took a flight from LA to Karachi, which was really poor in services provided to us. The Air Hostess was not cooperating, We requested her for the baby seat belt but was not been given to us. Moreover, We observed that seats were not clean, There were small insects, and the food was not even hot. The flight was smooth without any turbulence, with a good weather condition through out the journey. However the dissatisfaction with the services made us unhappy. Emirates is the number 1 airline in the world, facing these issues would make us think twice to choose again.I would request the Airline Management to take prompt action. Emirates is known for their customer’s satisfaction and comfort. I look forward to it hearing from you.
