I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an item I bought from your store in Kitchener on 24th June 2026. Let me explain my situation.
First of all, as an international student studying at University of Kitchener, I needed one reliable and fast-working laptop computer. So, after doing some research and getting reviews, I decided to buy Dell Stream 5000 laptop from your store. I spent more than my budget as your store advertised this laptop with a number of features and specialities. But when it was delievered, I found some hardware parts are not working properly.
For example, the automatic disc panel in the right hand side is not operating properly and if disc is accepted, files are not opening.In addition, the USB plug is also not performing well enough. The reason for buying this laptop was to fulfil my academic expectations such as research and analysis because I am a business course student and I use my old desktop for big sized file transfering. So, this faulty laptop computer does not meet my expectations at all.
Finally, I would kindly request a full refund or a replacement of the laptop at your earlieast convenience. I am enclosing a copy of a receipt for your reference.
