Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing you to request to cancel my booking from a part-time cookery course that I enrolled last week in your college, and I want to sign up for another course in the morning batch.

In particular, I booked an Italian cookery course last week on Monday. Basically, this course caters to the Italian cousins in the afternoon batch. The course code is ITL-304. Furthermore, I paid advance payment for the booking, and faculty member in admission block gave me receipt of this course.

One compelling rationale for cancellation of course is my job. I got a part-time job as a receptionist in the Mountfort hotel from 3PM to 8PM. Moreover, it is cumbersome for me to manage all these things. This job is significant for me to manage all the expenses because my parents live in Germany.

With regards to course that I want to join. Particularly, I want to enroll an architectural designing course. The starting date of this course is March 20th, and the course code is ARC-702. In addition, this course is beneficial to me for my career progression due to it is similar to my professional studies.

It is my request to cancel my subscription from the Italian cookery course. I hope you will understand my situation. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
