Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to you regarding cancellation of my recent booking of a side course at your college due to some changes in my plan.

I opted for marketing course for weekend batch. Earlier I was working in a MNC so i did not have time to study full time. But now things have chnaged and I am planning to drop this part-time program.

The reason why I am dropping this program is mainly due to my parents’ suggestions as they have told me to focus on my studies first. They told me that they will help me financially so I do not have to worry about managing finances. So that’s why I am quitting job to concentrate on my education first and finish that in fast mode.

After a deep research, I have decided to quit this side course and do full time marketing diploma to get deeper knowledge and finish it within 6 months in fast track , instead of completing same course in slow mode which would take 12 months to complete. I am ready to pay for additional fee that includes in full time study.
