Dear Sir,

I am Upasana Patel, working as a chemical engineer in Reliance Private Limited. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am not being able to do the part-time course, so please cancel it and I really apologize for it.

To begin with, I have beginner-level proficiency in MATLAB software, but to expand my horizon, I have selected the course in your college entitled “Advanced Learning in MATLAB Software,” as this course is mandatory in the area of my field.

Though, I need to cancel this part-time course because I got transferred to another division to add into it, which requires grip as well as hands-on experience on completely different software.

For this reason, I am asking you to register my name in a different course by the name “Aspen HYSYS Software Learning for All” to meet my job requirements. And also, I adopt new digital skills that would be really beneficial for me in the future as well.
