Dear Sevinch,

I am writing to sincerely apologize for that I crashed your car. The reason why I was driving very well that day, but suddenly a woman backed up her car. I didnʼt see her and the side of the car was scratched. I was very sorry about that and still feel bad. I apologize to you from the bottom of my heart.

Donʼt be mad at me please, and I will give you the money you need to fix your car or I will fix it myself. I am very embarrassed in front of you. Once again I am truly sorry for this work and I will keep my promise.
