Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to extend of my dissatisfaction with the phone that I bought yesterday in YY Celular.
Iphone 17 have been released 1 month ago and I can not wait to get the new one. I saw the advertisement that YY Celular have 20% off discount for pre-order. I decided to bought it due to the promo and lots of other benefits offered.
Yesterday was the day that the phone ready and I really exited to picked up it. When i arrived, the staff was explained the phone as well. But when I arrived at home, I just realized that the screen is crack. I went to YY Celular to complain it and the staff did not accept the phone as I already open and bought it.
I hope this issues can solved by change my phone with the new one or offering a refund money.
