I am writing this letter to inform you that I had purchased a piece of sports items from an online store near me. Hence it was torn when I used it for the first time Itself. if you don’t mind could you please exchange this dress with another one product?

let me explain further the sports equipment that I bought it for the sports day is unable to stitch and reuse it because of the quality of cloth. Though I have ordered a good quality when I received it I have got a cheaper one from your online company. This cannot be used o that special day. since the sports day is on next week it would be urgent need and I would request you to send me another dress as soon as possible. it will be a great help for me . More over I can collect it from the online store nearby rather than waiting for the online delivery. I would really appreciate a positive and prompt respons regarding this situation.
