Dear sir/madam,

I an writing to express my dissatisfaction with your stuff which i recently odered online from your website. Infortunately, I got it in very bad condition. it was brand new macbook I4 and purchased id is 5hdh7ej. When it was arrived, i qucikly tried to open it but after i was shocked case of laptop had scratches on its display and looked like someone used it before.

I was make purchased from your e-commerce section and beside other option was second hand product. so, maybe thats reson reason behind that. You guys did mistake and samd me a old one but it order actully forom diffrent section.

I would appreciate it if you could replace my product or give me amount back as refund in my banking account which i payed for it.
