Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter, regarding my recent purchase from your online store. I brought a pair of shoes and once I recived the item, I was dissatsifed with the overall qualitly.

I brought these gym shoes after seeing great reviews online, so I brought these sneakers a few days ago. But once I got the package and unwrapped the shoes, they are nothing like the images shown on your website. The images hosted on the website show red sneakers with black laces, while the shoes that were delivered to me, are white in color and have no laces, and happen to be loafers instead.

Clearly, I gotten the wrong order. And I have called up your customer service line, the staff member informed me that this was the correct order and that I was in the wrong. I am very disappointed with how things have turned out with your store. I would very much like for this to be resolved soon as possible and to get my correct order.
