I am writing to inform you about a problem with a product that I recently bought from your company.
Last week, I ordered a paint set online. When the package arrived, I noticed that the box was damaged. After opening it, I saw that some of the paint items were broken.
I was very disappointed because this product is expensive, and I expected it to be in good condition. However, the item I received was not in perfect shape.
I would like to ask for a replacement or a full refund for this product. Please let me know how this issue can be solved as soon as possible.
