I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I recently purchased from your online store. On 10 November 2025, I ordered a wireless Bluetooth speaker (Model X200) through your website. The order confirmation number is #A12345.
Unfortunately, when the product arrived on 18 November, I noticed that it was damaged and does not function as advertised. The speaker has visible scratches on its casing, and it fails to connect to any device via Bluetooth. Additionally, the advertised sound quality and battery life are significantly below the specifications mentioned on your site.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement unit in perfect working condition as soon as possible. Alternatively, if a replacement is not available, I request a full refund to be issued to my original payment method. Please also advise on the procedure for returning the defective item, including any shipping arrangements.
