I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a product I recently purchased from your online store. The product I ordered was a wireless headphone. Unfortunately, when I received the package, I found that the item was damaged. The right side of the headphone was broken and it does not produce any sound.
When the package arrived, the outer box looked slightly crushed. After opening it, I noticed that the product inside was not properly protected. Because of this, the headphone appears to have been damaged during delivery. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to using the product.
I kindly request that you replace the damaged product with a new one as soon as possible.
