I am writing to complain about some problems that happened with my package. I was really disappointed when I saw that.
Recently, on February 20, I ordered a watch from your online retailer, and when I received the delivery, on 28 February, I saw that it was damaged. The package arrived in a condition that I have never seen before. The box was crumpled and did not even keep its box shape. The strap was broken and in very bad condition, and the central screen was completely scratched and had no protective file, like all devices usually have. I was really upset, I had a lot of really good expectations, and when I saw in what deplorable conditions came watch, I was shocked and I lost my confidence in your company.
I am hoping for a full refund or replecement of the product, as it arrived in scary conditions.
