I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max that I purchased on 11/12/2025 through Amazon. The transaction reference number is 876994635.
I ordered the Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max with 256GB of storage; however, I received the 128GB model instead. In addition, the phone – which was advertised as brand new – has a visible line on the screen and the touch functionality is not working properly. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I request immediate action to resolve this matter. I expect Amazon to investigate how a defective and incorrect product was dispatched and to provide a clear explanation. I would like a replacement of the correct model and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. Kindly inform me of the steps you will take to rectify this issue.
