Thank you for your letter and for the opportunity that you give to people to take part in a such good course in your school. It was a great experience and pleasurable time that I spent while studying in your school.
There are so many positive things that I can mention from this course. The main as I consider is diligent approach of the teachers to each student who took part in the project. It was the best mentors whom I have ever had in my studying experience. The other thing which is really valuable to mention here is the quality of materials and practice part that was given to me. All nuances of the most delicate moments in that type of work were clear and I listened to all lectures with a pleasure.
From the time after I finished your course, it is almost 5 months, I had a lot opportunities to work in different cafes, but the main was the offer from the restaurant where I am working at present time. I spent so much hours to improve my cooking skills at home and at some master classes.
After all the time that I spent for cooking, I noticed that your school did not have the course dedicated to desserts. I can assume that this is due to the fact that it is really difficult to find someone who would like to teach this, since people who strive to create something like this are already working somewhere. Anyway, you can take someone less qualified in this matter and collaborate with him or her , thus you will have the ability to expand the horizons of your school.
