Dear sir / madam,

I recently did a short cookery course from your school. I am writing this letter to provide my feedback. I really enjoyed during this whole course as I have learned a lot about professional cooking.

I would be able to achieve my dream of becoming a chief with the help of this course. I knew basic things of cooking , But this course helps me to showcase my skills professionally. This course has changed my cooking and serving style for daily basis also. I do practice cooking everyday to enhance my skill of presenting dishes to the customer in more delightful manner. I am even planning to open my restaurant and needs to learn more about other cultural dishes from distinct part of the states and nations. For example, in India, this is almost different style of cooking in all the states. I want to enhance my knowledge and skill to make my restaurant unique and welcome diverse people to taste and feel belongingness.

I would like to opt another course that my previous cookery subject has sugggested. I want school to offer another cookery course that teaches different cultural dishes from distinct part of the world.
