Dear Mr. Smith

I am writing to provide my feedback on the cookery course that I attended two months ago.

I found the course extremely interesting for me as it provided me with extraordinary recipes to cook international cuisines which are vital for job applications in foreign restaurants. Furthermore, the course has been highly useful in learning how to use knives and sharp tools safely in the kitchen. Thus, it is deemed as one of the most impressive trainings I have ever studied.

Since I have completed the course successfully, I have been cooking new and delicious dishes almost every day. This has encouraged me to prepare large quantities of food during family parties where there are a myriad of guests who seem to be satisfied by the taste.

Given that some of my family members are Asian, it would be great if some courses related to Chinese and Indian food are offered. Moreover, it would be quite satisfactory if some training regarding vegetarian food preparation are available at your facility.
