Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to specially thank you with this letter about the cookery course that I attended last week. Everything was perfect and I suggested this course to almost everyone I encountered.

The duration of the course, theoretical background, and practical applications with the chefs was splendid. I don’t know if it is my personal interest in Italian cousine or not, but I learned precious knowledge in every second of the course. From how to make a decent pizza flavour to ways of cooking perfect pasta, I benefitted everything.

I know it was only last week, but I feel like I am the perfect pizza maker for too long. Yesterday, I had a chance to demonstrate my pizza making skills to my co-workers. They loved my pizza. In order to make it perfect, I practiced my knowledge everyday until the event at work.

Lastly, I want to suggest that you should go for Turkish cousine, especially Ottoman Palace Kitchen. This would be an interesting course to attend. I really love your organization and looking forward to heard another course to be scheduled.
