I am writing to express my appreciation for the recent cookery course I attended and to provide feedback.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of cooking with your team. The support and guidance I received were exceptional, especially compared to previous courses I have taken. My initial apprehensions were dispelled by the helpful and patient staff at your school.

Since completing the course, I have been actively applying my newfound skills by preparing a variety of dishes. With the assistance of your crew and chefs, I have successfully cooked forty-five different recipes. Their dedication and willingness to help have been instrumental in my progress, for which I am grateful.

In terms of future courses, I would like to propose the addition of a fish cookery course. Given the popularity of fish-based cuisine worldwide, I believe offering a specialized course focusing on fish dishes would be a valuable addition to your curriculum, attracting a wider audience of culinary enthusiasts.
