Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. A couple of months ago, I did a short cookery course from your school and I am writing to give you some feedback that you asked for me about it.
To commence with, instructor of this course was a humble person, he taught each and every things so politely that was the main thing I enjoyed most. Furthermore, I am very passionate about it and also very fun to learn each sessions because while cooking various kinds of cuisine I got a chance to taste several dishes and that made me very happy.
On the other hand, I took this course for 2 months and 1 hour each day. During those period of time, I learnt to prepare plethora fast food that are famous in my country such as, chow mein, momo, sausage, and so on.
Honestly, I intend to learn continental food courses from the beginning and this is very popular in my nation because tourists from other countries usually come to visit here. Mostly they prefer to eat continental foods like pizza, sandwich, burger, etc. However, on that short period of time I couldn’t able to learn all these. Therefore, I kindly suggest you to offer this type of training for me.
