Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to share my feedback on the recent short cookery course I completed at your school. The course was truly a delight, tailored perfectly to my interests. Learning to prepare Italian cuisine, a long-standing desire of mine, was an absolute pleasure thanks to your exceptional teaching.

Since completing the course, I have immersed myself in cooking. I have been experimenting with various dishes on a daily basis, honing my culinary skills. One area where I have seen significant improvement is in my pasta-making techniques, requiring precision and attention to detail.

I would like to suggest the addition of baking classes to your course offerings. Personally, I am keen to explore the art of baking, and I know that a few of my friends share this interest as well. I believe it would be a valuable and popular addition to your school’s curriculum.
