Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express feedback on the Beginner Level Cooking Course I recently completed at Paris La Cuisine.

I thoroughly enjoyed the three-month summer program, which I attended from June 15th to September 2nd, 2023, at your main building in Paris.

I can truly say that I had my best times in this class. Every day, we studied with a different professional chef. All the cooks who participated in our lectures were so kind and willing to teach their clever methods. Through their patience, I learned many details about my dream job.

Even though I had never been in a kitchen before, by the end of the lectures, I immediately started to feel confident while cooking. I can sincerely say that your beginner education helped me discover my talents.

I would be very interested in taking a bakery course at Paris La Cuisine in the future. I believe this would be a fantastic addition to your current offerings and would appeal to many aspiring bakers.
