Dear Sir and Madam,

I’m writing to express my feedback on the Beginner Level Cooking Course at Paris Le Cuisine. I recently completed three-month summer season lectures which are located at your main building in Paris. I attended your lessons from June 15th to September 20th, 2023. My student number is 12345.

I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this experience. Every day, We studied with a different professional chef. All the cooks who participated our class were so kind and willing to teach their clever methods. Through their patience, I have learned many details about my dream job.

Even though I had never been in a kitchen before my education, by the end of the class, I immediately started to feel so confident while cooking. Since last September, I served over 200 dishes to my guests.

If there is a chance to open a new course at Paris Le Cuisine, I would like to join your bakery classes.
