Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter with regard to the planned construction of a new apartment block in District 7.

As the news was circling around the internet, it eventually reached my mom who then informed me about this change in the area. The students were also talking about it this morning, and my history teacher even made it a point of discussion in our class.

If this project is carried out, citizens will suffer from a lack of sleep and eventually chronic fatique due to the noise from the construction site. Moreover, some of them work remotely, which means that this can disrupt their work flow and negatively affect their productivity.

I would recommend you to restrict the operation to a certain time of the day, preferably in the morning and late afternoon, in order to not disturb anyone’s sleep. I would also suggest announcing the construction schedule to everyone so that they could adjust their timetables accordingly.
